Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, I noticed a weird smell in the room, but the cleanliness and comfort were satisfactory. The special Snoopy wing felt a bit outdated, and the breakfast buffet was not worth the money spent. Unfortunately, the hotel lacked child-friendly amenities, and signs of wear and tear were visible outside the lobby and restaurant area. Additionally, the soda vending machine on our floor was out of order throughout our stay.
Upon arrival, I found the hotel location to be convenient for accessing nearby attractions like Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, but some rooms in the special Snoopy wing appeared outdated, and there was an off-putting smell upon entering. On the upside, the area was perfect for families looking to visit the parks or enjoy nearby amenities.
The hotel was so basic and small, with dated decor, that it felt more like a Motel 6 but charged 'Marriott' prices. While the children were noisy at midnight, the parents' lack of control was the real issue here.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, very close to Knotts Berry Farm, but the rooms were a bit dated and smelled strange. The staff, however, were incredibly accommodating and friendly.
I stayed at this hotel during a trip to Knotts Berry, and it had its ups and downs. The room was ready promptly but was a bit worn-out. The service was top-notch with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was ideal for the Knotts Taste of Fall festival, but there was occasional strange smells. The dining options were a bit repetitive but had good coffee. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
